Amsonic SWASH 4400

Multiple systems of type Amsonic SWASH 4400 are currently serving the world's leading company of manufacturing and coating of tool inserts.

Initially the inserts are contaminated with oil-based emulsions as well as with aluminum-oxide. The parts show large spots of oxidation.

The degree and kind of contaminants require a combination of aqueous and solvent based (hydrocarbon) cleaning steps. The concept behind the Amsonic SWASH 4400 accommodates that in its two separate fully automated cleaning chambers.

To ensure consistent quality, the system is equiped with a conveyor system with automatic basket recognition with loading / unloading, as well as with software to control and document the ongoing process.
