Amsonic Precision Cleaning in Biel, has acquired , as per 1 st  September  2011  from STERIS AG in Pieterlen the know-how of the product-line  „HAMO LifeSciences“ , confirms  Hansruedi Moser CEO of Amsonic group.

With this reverse acquisition ( the product line was in  2003  taken over by  STERIS, when STERIS acquired the whole HAMO group)  the product line Cleaning equipment for pharmaceutical, cosmetical and general research industries  goes back  into the responsibility of the entrepreneur-family Moser.

Starting September  2011  the former engineering team STERIS-„LifeSciences“ will take in charge  at Amsonic  ( they change to Amsonic ), supported by the employees of Amsonic, the continuation of the product development, this  to assure the future of the international  known products:

This reverse acquisition confirms the strategy of Amsonic , next to the markets of industrial parts cleaning , now ( again) to realize in the pharmaceutical, cosmetical and the research market competitive cleaning solutions based on the long lasting success of the HAMO product-line.
