PreciClean P10

Amsonic PreciClean P10 is a liquid, acid cleaning concentrate. It serves to remove oxide films from non-ferrous metals without corroding metal surfaces; it also removes lime deposits. It should not be dosed into the water below 45°C.

PreciClean P14

Amsonic PreciClean P14 is a liquid, strongly acid cleaning concentrate for the removal of lapping pastes from various metals and ceramics. It also removes oxide films and annealing colours from various metals, especially from non-ferrous and hard metals.

PreciClean P19

Amsonic PreciClean P19 is used as a neutralisation agent following the use of an alkaline cleaning agent. Also used as a cleaning agent for the acidic pre-wash during the mechanical cleaning of surgical instruments, stainless steel transport trolleys and laboratory glassware in hospitals and laboratories. Also used for the mechanical cleaning of animal cages used to keep animals for experimental purposes.

PreciClean P20

Amsonic PreciClean P20 is an acidic neutraliser, applied in special washing machines after the cleaning steps. The product effectively removes alkaline residues from washing goods.

Amsonic PreciClean P21 is a liquid, mildly acid cleaning concentrate for removing oxide films and tarnish colours from steel, HSS, and hard metals.

PreciClean P22

Amsonic PreciClean P22 is used for rinsing laboratory glassware and dishes in washing machines after the cleaning step. Amsonic PreciClean P22 is also used for reprocessing of medical instruments. However, this application is restricted to places where the quality of the water for the last rinse does not allow the use of a neutral rinse aid.

PreciClean P23

Amsonic PreciClean P23 is used as a neutralisation agent following the use of a mildly alkaline cleaning agent.

Also used as a cleaning agent for the acidic pre-wash during the mechanical cleaning of surgical instruments, anaesthesia utensils, laboratory glassware and utensils in hospitals, pharmacies, nursery kitchens, water laboratories, industrial and research laboratories.

PreciClean P27

Amsonic PreciClean P27 is a liquid, mildly acidic cleaning concentrate. It is particularly used after cleaning organic and mineral ophthalmic lenses with alkaline detergents.

Amsonic PreciClean P27 helps to neutralize traces of alkalis before lenses are rinsed in demineralised water. Due to its mildly acidic pH value of about 4,0, Amsonic PreciClean P27 can be used to treat acid sensitive bifocal lenses.

PreciClean P38

Amsonic PreciClean P38 is used as rinsing agent to accelerate the drying and as cleaning intensifier for alkaline detergents.

PreciClean P39

Amsonic PreciClean P39 is used as an additive to acid or alkaline cleaning agents and to emulsify organic residues like greases and oils. It is applied in the pre- and main-rinsing cycle.

PreciClean P42

Amsonic PreciClean P42 is a neutral liquid cleaning concentrate. It is used for ultrasonic cleaning before final rinsing and drying. It removes residues following precleaning and protects metals against corrosion during the final rinsing step.

In addition, Amsonic PreciClean P42 is particularly suitable for cleaning purposes after patination as well as after the acidic pre-treatment.

Amsonic PreciClean P43 is a pH-neutral builder component with a high surfactant content. It is used in combination with Amsonic PreciClean P43.

The two-component mixture reliably removes cutting oils and protecting oils as well as residues from storage prior to PVD and CVD coating.

Amsonic PreciClean P52 is used as main cleaning concentrate for the metal processing industry, mechanical engineering, automobile industry, electrical and electronic industry, etc. Preferably used in spaying plants with one or more cleaning zones, in combined bath and spraying procedures with and without ultrasonic support.

Amsonic PreciClean P55 is a liquid, neutral cleaning concentrate for removing cutting oils, oil emulsions and lubricants. It is used in metal industries.

Amsonic PreciClean P60 is suitable for spray cleaning systems, but it also can be used for the pre-cleaning of metals prior to coating when used in a combined cleaning system (spray/ ultrasonic).

PreciClean P66

Amsonic PreciClean P66 is a liquid, mildly alkaline cleaning concentrate for the removal of cutting oils, oil emulsions as well as polishing pastes from very corrodible metals.

The product is suitable for pre-cleaning and final cleaning, as well as cleaning prior to galvanic coating, electrolytic degreasing and prior to solvent drying.

PreciClean P67

Amsonic PreciClean P67 is a liquid admixture for aqueous cleaning of ferrous metals to prevent rust formation during cleaning or during the rinsing process and the subsequent drying.

Due to its special compound, Amsonic PreciClean P67 can be added to neutral or alkaline cleaning solutions and rinsing baths. This also applies for rinsing processes with demineralised water. Amsonic PreciClean P67 is not recommended as an admixture for acid cleaning baths.

Amsonic PreciClean P67 is suitable for use in ultrasonic as well as in spray cleaning systems.

Amsonic PreciClean P68 is a liquid, mildly alkaline but highly effective cleaning concentrate to remove cutting oils, oil emulsions as well as residues of polishing compounds on various metals.

Amsonic PreciClean P68 is especially suitable for the pre-cleaning and the final cleaning. It removes oxide films, in particular on non-ferrous metals and leads to a brightening effect of surfaces.

Amsonic PreciClean P91 automatically removes stubborn contaminations such as burnt-on greases, oils, waxes, organic or inorganic traces as well as silicones.
